|Title:||Team Building With Simulation Perceptions Versus Reality|
|Authors:||Lily V. Saadat|
|Abstract:||Communication and teamwork deficits have been identified as major contributors to poor patient care and clinical outcomes. Though simulation training has been effective in improving overall team building, clear delineation of specific team roles is still deficient. Apart from “tweaking” the drills to address this, individualized debriefing sessions may better address the discrepancies seen in team perception.|
